# How to Refill the Dreamer

Replace your fragrance as soon as your refill arrives. Follow these steps every time, or watch the video.

## Refill your Dreamer

1. Note the intensity level your diffuser is currently set to.
2. Remove the old fragrance bottle and discard it. Don’t mix old and new fragrances; leftover fragrance contaminates the new bottle and affects output.
3. Screw on an appropriately sized bottle of isopropyl alcohol, place it back in the unit, and turn it on.
4. Set the level to 10 and run for one cycle: one period of diffusing followed by one pause. At level 10, that’s about 30 seconds of diffusing and a 33-second pause.
5. Remove the alcohol bottle and screw on the new fragrance bottle.
6. Set the intensity back to your usual level.

**Important:** Do the alcohol run every time you refill.

- We program Autoship units to run during your property’s business hours. Fragrance lingers after the unit turns off, so the space stays scented.
- Running the diffuser on a very high level uses up fragrance before your next refill arrives.
- If your units run at unexpected times, the schedule may have changed since we programmed it. Email us and we’ll help.
