We are a business-to-business provider of commercial fragrance and odor control systems. Our website does not sell products and does not process payments. Product pages are provided as a catalogue to help you identify suitable equipment.

When you complete a form on our website — to request a quote, ask a question, request fragrance samples, or request ingredient information or a Safety Data Sheet — we collect the details you provide. This typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, property or site details, and anything you write in your message. Form submissions are stored in our website system and are also sent to us by email.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Our website also uses caching technology that may set cookies in your browser to make pages load faster. These are used to operate and secure the site.

Spam prevention. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. This service receives technical signals from your browser in order to make that assessment.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use our website — for example which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and which links are followed. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information about your visit, including your IP address, on Google’s servers.
