Download the Phoenicia Essence appSearch for Phoenicia Essence in the Apple App Store or Google Play and install it. Use the default password 8888 to log in the first time.

Fill the fragrance bottleFill the bottle with your chosen fragrance oil. Do not overfill — maintain at least a 20% level at all times to protect the compressor pump. Start at grade level 1 when adding a new fragrance.

Plug in and pair via BluetoothPlug the Amazer into any standard outlet. Open the app, connect via Bluetooth, and your unit is ready to configure.

Set intensity & scheduleUse the app to dial in the fragrance grade level (1–4) and set the run schedule — when it turns on, how long it runs, and when it turns off. Adjust anytime from your phone.

Move it when the unit leasesUnplug it, pick it up, and carry it to the next vacant unit. No scheduling a pickup, no waiting for anyone. It goes where you go.

Fragrance level
Never let the bottle run completely empty — this can damage the compressor pump.
Keep at least 20% fragrance in the bottle at all times.
Order a refill before you hit the bottom.
Monthly cleaning
Flush the diffuser with isopropyl alcohol for 2–3 minutes at grade level 4 before switching fragrances or for routine upkeep.
This cleans the lines and prevents compressor clogs.
Once a month is enough for normal use.
Cleaning rules
Do not mix alcohol with fragrance — run them separately.
Do not rinse the bottle with water.
Turn grade level down to 1 before refilling with a new fragrance.
Resetting the unit
Locate the pinhole labeled RESET on the diffuser.
Insert a paperclip and hold for 3–5 seconds until you hear a beep.
The diffuser will restart and begin diffusing.
App troubleshooting
If the app behaves unexpectedly, delete it and reinstall the latest version of Phoenicia Essence.
Default password is 8888.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
General tips
Place the unit near an air return or vent for best coverage.
Avoid placing near open doors — scent will be pulled out of the space.
Keep at least 3 feet from smoke detectors.
