Troubleshooting Your Amazer

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:

Maintain Fragrance Level:

  • Ensure your diffusers do not run empty to avoid damaging the compressor pump.
  • We recommend maintaining at least a 20% level of fragrance.

Reset Your Device(s):

  • Locate the pinhole on the diffuser labeled “RESET.”
  • Insert a paperclip or similar object into the RESET pinhole and wait for a beep (approximately 3-5 seconds). The diffuser should trigger and start diffusing.

Clean Your Diffuser:

  • Flush your diffuser by diffusing isopropyl alcohol through the system for at least 2-3 minutes at grade level 4 before using a different fragrance or to keep your device in working order. This will clean the lines and prevent compressor clogs.
  • Don’t forget to turn the grade level down to 1 when refilling the bottle with your new fragrance.
  • Cleaning once a month is sufficient.
  • Do not mix the alcohol with fragrance.
  • Do not rinse the bottle with water.

Verify That You Have the Most Recent App:

  • Delete the app from your phone.
  • Download the latest version of our Phoenicia Essence App from the Apple Store or Google Play.
  • Use the app’s default password, 8888, to log in. Watch this video to get started.
