Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
Check Your Batteries: #
- When was the last time the batteries were changed? Higher frequency levels will drain the batteries faster.
Maintain Fragrance Level: #
- Ensure your diffusers do not run empty to avoid damaging the compressor pump.
- We recommend maintaining at least a 20% level of fragrance.
Reset Your Device(s): #
- Locate the pinhole on the diffuser labeled “RESET.”
- Insert a paperclip or similar object into the RESET pinhole and wait for a beep (approximately 3-5 seconds). The diffuser should trigger and start diffusing.
Clean Your Diffuser: #
- Flush your diffuser by diffusing isopropyl alcohol through the system for at least 2-3 minutes before using a different fragrance or to keep your device in working order.
- Cleaning once a month is sufficient.
Verify That You Have the Most Recent App: #
- Download the Phoenicia Essence App from the Apple Store or Google Play.
