Arizona Air-Scent offers two ways to keep your property scented: Autoship and In-Person Service. Neither requires a contract.

No contracts required #

We don’t require a contract or agreement. We send you a proposal, and you approve a scope of service for each property before we begin.

Autoship #

With Autoship, we ship your units and fragrance refills, and your staff installs and maintains them.

• Planning: We work with you or your community managers to identify the areas and sizes of the spaces you’d like to scent.
• Units at no charge: Scent units are provided free of charge. Pricing includes the unit and fragrance.
• Refills: Your first shipment includes everything you need. Fragrance refills ship every 28 days (13 times per year). Powershot refills ship every 56 days.
• Easy installation: Every shipment includes instructions with a QR code linking to short how-to videos in our support center.
• No pauses: Autoship can’t be paused, so please have your staff replace refills as soon as they arrive.
• Changes in management or ownership: We ask that units be returned to us to avoid replacement fees.
• Fragrance control: All of our Autoship units are Bluetooth-enabled. We program them for you, and your staff can then adjust fragrance intensity and timing using our app.
• Placement help: Correct placement matters for both fragrance and unit performance. Our team can help your staff find the best locations, including over a FaceTime call.

Which unit goes where #

Our team recommends the right unit and strength for each space. Instructions are the same across each series.

• Dreamer Series — lobbies and clubhouses. Requires an electrical outlet.
• Expert Series — lobbies, gyms, models, conference rooms, and outside elevator landings. No electrical power required; mounts on the wall about 7 feet high. Larger spaces with high ceilings may need two units.
• Powershot Metered Mist — hallways, trash rooms, and outside elevator landings. Battery-operated.

In-Person Service #

With In-Person Service, our technician installs your units, performs all maintenance, and replaces your fragrance for you. Nothing is shipped, and your staff doesn’t need to handle refills.

Requirements #

In-Person Service is available for locations that:

• Provide our technician access to the property from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during regular business hours
• Use a minimum of 10 diffusers

Choosing your fragrance #

We don’t publish a fragrance list. Our team helps you choose the right fragrance during onboarding, and we can send fragrance reed samples so you can experience them first.
