Troubleshooting your Dreamer

Here are the troubleshooting steps for your Dreamer:

If Your Device Turns On, Follow These Simple Steps: #

Unplug and Re-plug:

  • Unplug the device.
  • Replug it and turn on your diffuser. You should hear a beep.

Enable Bluetooth:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Open the Phoenicia Essence app.

Find Your Diffuser:

  • Locate your diffuser on the list of available Bluetooth devices.

Log in to the App:

  • Enter the password (default password is 8888) and press login.

Adjust Settings:

  • Adjust the schedule and output as desired.
  • Hit Save.

If the Problem Persists: #

Check Fragrance Level:

  • Ensure you are not out of fragrance. Running your diffuser at a high-intensity level will deplete the fragrance more quickly.
  • If you are out of fragrance, turn off your diffuser to avoid damaging the device.
  • Replace your fragrance using the instructions provided here.

My Dreamer has a leak #

If your Dreamer is leaking, it might be due to a poor “seal” on the bottle. There is supposed to be a white O-ring in the unit’s head (if you pull the head out and turn it upside down, there should be an O-ring inside). An extra O-ring is included with an extra set of screws during shipping. When you pull the head out or change the fragrance, the O-ring may slide off (this does not happen often, but it does happen). There will be a leak if the O-ring is missing. The bottle should not be “tightly” screwed shut, but it must be totally closed (not loose) otherwise liquid will l
